As part of our course reading this week, we're going to ask you to watch episode 1 of a PBS series called "Race: The Power of an Illusion." In order to do this you need to use the university's Kanopy video streaming service (which has this and a surprising amount of other good videos that are hard to find on Youtube or elsewhere so it's worth checking out). To do this, go through the following 3 steps:

1. Use your browser to go to this link:

1a. You may be asked for your AccessID and Password:

2. Once in Kanopy, use the search bar to look for “Race: The Power of an Illusion”

2a. You should get this result:

Click on it and you will get a list of episodes.

3a. Click on Episode One and watch.

Optional: If you are short on time, you can reasonably watch it at a slightly higher speed. There’s an option on the lower right to allow this.
